By accessing our website or using our construction estimating services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

Prime Estimatings provides professional construction estimating services including but not limited to:

• Material quantity takeoffs
• Cost estimating and budgeting
• CPM scheduling
• Trade-specific estimating
• Blueprint and plan analysis

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and legible project documents
• Respond promptly to requests for clarification
• Notify us of any scope changes before delivery
• Use our deliverables only for their intended purpose

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are due as agreed upon at the time of service engagement
• Payment must be completed before final deliverables are released
• We accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal
• Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Prime Estimatings does not offer refunds under any circumstances once work has commenced.

By placing an order and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued once the estimating process has begun, regardless of the reason.
• No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered estimates.
• In the event of dissatisfaction, Prime Estimatings will offer one complimentary revision to address legitimate concerns about accuracy or scope coverage.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against Prime Estimatings after work has been delivered will be contested and may result in legal action.
• Cancellations requested before work has commenced may be eligible for a credit toward future services at our sole discretion.

6. Confidentiality & NDA

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all project information shared with Prime Estimatings is treated as strictly confidential. This mutual NDA is binding upon engagement of our services and survives termination of the service relationship indefinitely.

7. Intellectual Property

• All estimating templates, methodologies, formats, and proprietary tools used by Prime Estimatings remain our exclusive intellectual property.
• Clients retain ownership of their original project documents and plans.
• Delivered estimates are licensed to the client for their personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

While Prime Estimatings strives for the highest level of accuracy, construction estimates are projections based on available information at the time of preparation. We are not liable for cost variances resulting from:

• Changes in material prices or market conditions
• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
• Changes in project scope after estimate delivery
• Local labor or permit cost variations

9. Limitation of Liability

Prime Estimatings’ total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
